OVERVIEW:
Small Cars was a continuation of Popular Imported Cars with new volume and series numbering.
It was a monthly publication and featured road tests and reviews of small and affordable automobiles from the United States, Europe and Asia.
OWNERSHIP:
The title was originally started by Adrian Lopez and Lopez Publications organization in early 1974. Frank Coggins continued as the editor
from the previous title.
Mr. Lopez published many magazines including Sir, True, Laff, Real Crime, Surfing, and Ladies' Circle, as well as automotive titles such as Stock Car Racing and Super Stock & Drag Illustrated.
