OVERVIEW
Corvette Quarterly was the official magazine of Corvette owners and was published by General Motors from Troy, Michigan.
The publisher and editor was Jerry Burton, Mr. Burton is a historian and researcher, and he wrote performance ads for GM and several Corvette books.
The magazine focused on all aspects of Corvettes, including old and new versions, nostalgia and a big dose of historical information. It was a well produced title with quality content. Many readers in the day considered it one of the best three dedicated Corvette publications.
The print version of the magazine ended in 2008 with the U.S. economic downturn that almost closed General Motors. The magazine had lost its impact a year or two before the end, and readers at the time thought the content contained too much "fluff".
