OVERVIEW:
Hot Cars and Racing Karts was published bi-monthly by Rajo Publications in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The publisher was Joseph Hardie who launched many automotive titles including Speed Mechanics and Hop-Up.

The title was a re-branding of Racing Karts magazine. Only three issues were printed in June, August and October, 1962.
