OVERVIEW:
Model Car & Racing was published bi-monthly by MORPAD Inc. at 124 East 40th St, New York. The publisher was Patrick T. O'Rourke, and Bill Byshyn was the editor. It was published from November, 1966 through April, 1968. This timing made it a late entrant into a small but competitive field against Model Car & Track and other slot car content titles of the day.

The magazine focused on slot car racing and represented all scales and types of cars. It included product reviews and custom construction techniques.
